Just when it looked like Brazil was on track to dislodge India from the top position among the top 10 nations sending spam, they instead fell 2 positions to 4th according to spam data collected by ICSA Labs. India retained the top spot and Russia climbed back into second as a result of Brazil's fall. Also of interest is that for the past several weeks the United States has accounted for an increasing percentage of spam compared to being relatively flat earlier in the year.
